  • Tasyier reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

  • Both parties agree to keep all business, technical, and personal information confidential.
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in place even after the termination of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver accurate and effective services, Tasyier UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific positions or results in search engines or advertising platforms, as these depend on third-party algorithms and market conditions.

9. Termination

  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain payable.
